Yes, the minimum order amount required for delivery is SAR50.

No, there is no minimum order amount for dine-in or takeaway.
Do I need to pay for delivery?
Yes, our delivery fee is SAR15.

How long does it take you to deliver pizza?
Your pizza usually arrives at your door in about 40 minutes or less.
Why can’t you deliver to my house?
Unfortunately your address is out of our delivery zone. We hope to be within your area soon but in meantime, why not order a take away meal, or eat in our restaurant.
Why do I need to enter my address before I place an order?
We need to make sure that we can deliver to your area before you select your food.
Are the prices different on the paper menu to online?
No. Prices on our paper menu and online are the same. But sometimes we have promotions which are only available in-store or on-line, ask for more details at your local store.
Do you accept large notes for a cash payment?
Yes, but please let us know when ordering, so your delivery driver can bring the right change.
Do you accept credit cards and debit cards?
Yes. for all orders.
How do I reset my password?
Click on the icon next to your name in the account side bar. You can then change your email, password and opt into marketing emails.
How do I opt out of marketing emails?
Click on the Unsubscribe link in the footer of any Papa John’s marketing email and you will be unsubscribed immediately.
How does the Papa Rewards program work?
For every SAR10 you spend, you will earn 1 point for. Collect 25 points and we'll give you a SAR25 off voucher to use on your next order.
How do I earn points?
You will earn points on all orders placed via the website, app or table ordering. You will need to be logged into your account for the points to be allocated to you.
How do I see how many points I have earned?
Once logged in, your loyalty points balance will appear under your basket.
How do I redeem points?
Once you’ve collected 25 points, a SAR25 off voucher will appear in your basket and your loyalty points balance will revert back to zero. If you don’t want to use your reward immediately, just remove it from your basket. Don’t worry. It will appear again the next time you order.
Can I accumulate rewards?
You can earn as many points and vouchers as you like (it depends on how much you love our pizza!). However, you can only add one SAR25 off voucher to your order at a time.
Can I use my reward voucher to pay for the delivery fee?
No. All delivery orders will include a delivery fee on top of the basket value. You cannot user your reward voucher to pay for the delivery fee.
How long do my rewards last?
Any unused rewards will expire after 6 months of being issued.
Can I use my reward to buy special offers?
Yes, your rewards are just like cash, use them to buy pizzas, combos or special offers.
Can I use the same login for App and the Website?
Yes you can.
Can I place future or advance orders?
Yes, you can order up to one week in advance, just select your preferred date when you check out.
Can I apply for a Job at Papa John’s KSA?

How can I give feedback on my order experience?
When you have placed an order, we’ll send you a link to complete our Papa Talk survey. Please note that you will only receive this once in a 30 day period.
I haven't received my Papa Talk email, what should I do?
Please wait for a few hours after your order to receive your Papa Talk email. If you still haven't received it, please call us on 800 304 7272. Just remember, that you will only receive a Papa Talk email once in any 30-day period.

What do I do if my order is late?
We work tirelessly to make sure you get the best possible service. If, however we fall short of this, please call us on 800 304 7272 to follow up on your order.
I’m not satisfied with my order, what can I do?
Our brand is built around Better Ingredients, Better pizza. If the order you receive is not satisfactory for any reason, please call us on 800 304 7272 to file a complaint and our agents will be happy to help you.

How will I know that the restaurant has received my online order?
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to be able to track your order’s progress. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, please call us on 800 304 7272 and our agents will help.
Can I save multiple addresses on my account?
Our website and app will store all the addresses you add to use with all your future orders.
